1. Incorporating technologies into the curriculum
Using technology such as virtual reality and simulation software to give students practical
experience in managing a hotel.
2. Sustainability and eco-tourism courses
Offering courses that focus on the HMCS-Innovative Practices role of hotels in
preserving the environment and promoting sustainable tourism.
3. Cross
Cultural education: providing opportunities for students to work while studying in
different hotels, resorts, and motels to broaden their understanding of the hospitality
industry.
4. Industry collaboration
Signed memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with leading 5-star hotels and resorts
and organizations to provide real-world experience and job opportunities through campus
interviews.
5. Entrepreneurship programmes
Encouraging students to develop their own hotel tourism-related business ideas and
providing them with entrepreneurship and skill development practices, the leading skilled
chefs were invited and did the bulk preparation in front of our students. These practices
will encourage the students to learn the secrets of the master chefs.
6. Experimental learning
Providing opportunities for hands-on, training-based learning that allow students to apply
their real-world scenarios.

Individualized career counseling and support to help students achieve their career goals.
